In VisionMining workshops, participants engage in a series of short, targeted photo assignments that are a catalyst to broaden perspectives, alter behavior, and unlock potential in order to improve problem solving and workplace productivity. For example, we explore how to:

• Recognize—and resist—the powerful forces that hamper change and innovation.
• Make use of lateral thinking, imagination and humor  to generate fresh ideas.
• Find useful connections between seemingly unrelated ideas, products, etc.
• See problems from other people's viewpoints and leverage the diversity of views.
• Promote greater collaboration and participation to maximize performance.

To reinforce the attitudinal and behavioral changes promoted in a workshop, we produce a "post-workshop slide show" that combines images created by participants with relevant discussion points; at the client's option, we can lead this discussion. In addition, we can create new workshop exercises that reinforce original workshop objectives...or that are targeted to other objectives.

In VisionMining presentations, we use photographs to illustrate workplace challenges and examine techniques for responding to them. Presentations feature audience participation to reinforce the message. Presentations are ideal for large groups and make excellent keynotes at events; they can also serve as an introduction to our workshops.
