VisionMining founder Steve Gottlieb is a nationally recognized photographer—all images on this site are his—as well as founder/director of a photography school. (In previous careers, he was an attorney and senior corporate manager.) For his photography classes—attended by people from all walks of life—Steve developed approaches, techniques and exercises that help students become demonstrably more creative, productive, energized, mutually supportive and open to new viewpoints.

VisionMining was born when Steve recognized that the approaches, techniques and exercises he developed for his photography classes could generate similar positive outcomes in the workplace...for individuals, teams and organizations. In today's highly challenging, stressful environment, Steve believes these outcomes are more essential than ever.
